From EverSD Wiki

The EverSD is a unlicensed complementary product to the Evercade, being a cartridge that allows developers to test how their games perform on the console. For non-developers, it can also be used to bolster one's Evercade game collection with hundreds of legally downloadable homebrew games, as well as digital retro games legally purchasable from publishers such as Atari and Sega for personal use on the device of one's choosing. In addition to its ability to emulate a wider range of systems than are represented by the 27 official Evercade cartridges, the device is also compatible with an adapter that allows for up to four-player multiplayer in applicable games.
